Who we are
The controller of your personal data is OMG Solutions, MB (company code 307570550), trading as “OMG Solutions”. Registered address: Chemijos g. 27C-62, LT-51331 Kaunas.
This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and book our cleaning services, why we process it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It applies both to registered customers and to those who book as guests.
For any question about your personal data, contact us at Info@omgsolutions.lt or +370 650 43178.
What personal data we collect
Booking and contact data: name, phone number, email address and the cleaning address, together with the service you choose, the size of the space, the date and time, and any notes you add. This data is necessary for us to provide the service.
Account data: if you choose to register, we store your name, email address, phone number, address and password (kept only in an encrypted, non-recoverable form). Registration is optional — you can also book as a guest.
Booking and service history: information about your past bookings, correspondence and payment status, linked to you so we can deliver and improve the service properly.
Review data: the name, city, rating and review text you submit voluntarily. Reviews are published publicly only after we approve them.
Technical data: essential cookies needed for the site to work, and aggregated, anonymised traffic statistics (no tracking cookies — see “Cookies and analytics”).
We do not knowingly collect special (sensitive) categories of personal data and ask you not to provide them to us.
Why we process data and on what legal basis
Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to accept and fulfil your booking, manage your account, contact you about the service and process payment.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): to publish reviews and, if you ask for them, to send marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): to ensure the quality and security of our services, administer the website, analyse aggregate statistics and defend our rights. We weigh this interest against your rights and freedoms.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): to retain accounting, tax and other records for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and analytics
We use only essential cookies: a login session cookie (to keep you signed in) and, while the site is not yet public, a temporary access cookie. These are strictly necessary for the site to work and do not require separate consent. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
To measure traffic we use Umami — a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we host ourselves on our own server in the European Union. It sets no cookies, creates no unique visitor identifiers and collects no personally identifying data — only aggregate statistics such as the number of page views. No separate consent for analytics is therefore required.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with trusted service providers (processors) acting on our instructions and under contract: our website and server hosting provider, a messaging service (admin alerts via Telegram), SMS and email-delivery services (for booking confirmations), and our self-hosted analytics tool Umami.
We may also disclose data to competent public authorities where the law requires it or where it is necessary to defend our legitimate interests.
Transfers outside the EEA
As a rule, your data is processed within the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA). Our self-hosted analytics tool, Umami, runs on a server located in the EU.
If any provider (for example, messaging or SMS) were to process data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep account, booking and customer-service data for 3 years after your last contact with us, then delete or irreversibly anonymise it.
Accounting and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires (typically 10 years). Published reviews are kept for as long as they remain relevant or until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw any consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, contact us at Info@omgsolutions.lt. We will respond within the period set by law (usually one month). To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you believe your personal data is handled improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), L. Sapiegos g. 17, 10312 Vilnius, Lithuania, ada.lt. We would, however, encourage you to contact us first — we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
Data security and changes to this policy
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Only authorised people have access to the data, and sensitive information such as passwords is stored in encrypted form.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with the update date shown at the top.
